Our range of dietary supplements is made from buds and young shoots freshly picked on the estate, then macerated on site. Inspired by the "five elements" of traditional Chinese medicine, this forest gemmotherapy follows the rhythm of the seasons to naturally support every stage of body and mind.
Relaxation
Yoga, Pilates & forest bathing
Between forest, gardens and indoor spaces, our yoga and Pilates sessions invite you to rediscover balance, breathing and grounding. These sessions can be adapted to suit all levels and seasons.
The forest baths invite you to walk slowly, breathe deeply and listen to the trees in the heart of the Domaine de la Hardouinais. A sensory and meditative experience, where nature becomes a real treatment. Twice a week during the summer, these walks, punctuated by relaxation exercises, aim to awaken the senses and become one with the forest.
