Served in the dining room or in your room, our local breakfast is served between 7 and 9:30 a.m. on weekdays, and until 10:30 a.m. on weekends. In the form of a generous buffet, it gives pride of place to fresh, organic and local produce. Artisan breads, viennoiseries, homemade jams, gourmet spreads, seasonal fruit, sweet and savoury dishes... all accompanied by freshly squeezed fruit juices, tea, coffee or even a glass of champagne.
