Article 1 - Duration of stay :

Under no circumstances may the customer who signs the contract for a fixed term claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2 - conclusion of the contract :

The online reservation becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it by credit card valid on the date of the beginning of the stay.

Article 3 - Cancellation by the customer:

a) In the event of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
b) In the event of late cancellation or modification (less than 48 hours) or no-show, the owner will charge 100% of the cost of the stay.
c) Any stay begun is due in full. Consequently, any early departure will result in the invoicing of the amount of the room only for the remainder of the stay foreseen at the time of the reservation.

Article 4 - Arrival :

Customers are welcomed on the specified day from 3 pm or earlier, depending on availability. In case of late arrival, the customer must inform the owner.

Article 5 - Regulations :

Payment to owner by : Cash, credit card.

Article 6 - Tourist tax :

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner, who then passes it on to the Treasury.

Article 7 - Use of the premises :

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He/she undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.

Article 8 - Animals :

The contract specifies that the establishment does not accept pets.

Article 9- capacity :

The contract is drawn up for a specific number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains the property of the owner.

Article 10 - Insurance :

Customers are responsible for all damage caused by their own actions. They should therefore check whether their main home insurance policy includes a holiday rental extension. The renter certifies that he/she is covered by a civil liability insurance policy covering his/her own liability and that of any persons accompanying him/her.

Article 11 - Disputes :

We recommend that you contact the Tourist Office, which will help you to settle any disputes amicably - if the complaint is made within the first three days after arrival, for any dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures or the descriptive inventory, - at the end of your stay for all other disputes. For all disputes arising from the execution or interruption of the present contract, only the courts of the jurisdiction of the location of the rental property are competent.
