The Chef
Guided by the seasons and inspired by the land of Brittany, Sébastien Colleux, the Chef at our Saint-Launeuc restaurant, cultivates simple, lively and sincere cuisine. He draws from the vegetable garden, orchard and neighboring producers to create generous dishes, where each flavor pays homage to the land and the pleasure of sharing.

In our bistronomic space, Brittany expresses itself through the seasons. Fresh produce, short circuits, market inspiration: our chefs come up with creative, simple and tasty cuisine. Here, the terroir takes center stage, each plate tells a story, and the comforting flavors echo our generous nature.
The rotisserie
Here, things crackle, simmer and heat up. A cuisine of fire, heart and season. Every dish is homemade, with vegetables from the garden, fruit from the orchard and bread from our Merdrignac baker. The Chef selects meats, fish and cheeses from passionate local producers. A warm, simple and genuine table.

The crêperie
Here, crepes have character. Our organic buckwheat and wheat flours come from Moulin de Quincampoix, in Ille-et-Vilaine. The homemade toppings are a blend of garden produce, mature cheeses and local meats and fish. A sincere, seasonal cuisine that reinvents tradition with taste and simplicity. A simple break, where Brittany expresses itself with authenticity and gentleness.
